BODY COMBAT-the empowering cardio workout
where you are totally unleashed! Inspired by martial arts,
you will strike, punch, kick and kata your way through this
fiercely energetic workout! BODY COMBAT launch on Sunday,
January 27 at 2pm at the Downtown facility. Free and open
to the public, bring a friend and win prizes, get gifts

SETTING. YOU WILL ACHIEVE SHORT TERM FITNESS GOALS AS WELL AS
BE EQUIPPED WITH THE SKILLS TO MAKE LIFESTYLE CHANGES. NO MATTER
YOUR FITNESS LEVEL, THIS PROGRAM WILL OFFER YOU A CHALLENGING
WORK OUT THAT WILL PUSH YOU TO YOUR FITNESS LIMITS.

KEY LARGO FITNESS AND TANNING GROUP CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
KICKBOXING Kick-start your fat burning incinerator,
tone your arms and legs, improve balance and self-discipline
through certified kickboxing techniques. Modifications offered
for all fitness levels.
BODY EXTREME Extreme strength training for anyone who wants to condition
their entire body. Extreme results!
EXTREME STEP This is an outstanding step class for those who love a
high energy cardio workout.
STEP This class utilizes the Reebok step with choreography. From beginners
to advanced, this class will work you out hard!
TROPICAL TEASE This 45 minute class is divided
into two parts: core strength and exotic dance. The participant
will perform exercises that target women’s “problem areas”
(stomach, butt, thighs) as well as learn a “TEASER.”
A TEASER is a fun exotic dance. This class is a blast! You are getting
workout without even realizing it.
STEP N WEIGHTS Enjoy a variety of strengthening and toning exercises
using weights combined with combinations on the step.

KIDS IN MOTION Start your kids off right with this fun class that keeps
the children moving and teaches them how fun exercise can be.
MAT PILATES Engage your mind and body as you work the core postural
muscles that help keep the body balanced, providing support
for the spine. All exercises performed on a mat.
INTERVAL TRAINING Strapped for time? This class offers a combined cardiovascular
and strength training venue to improve your aerobic and
anaerobic fitness levels through precision and dynamic
alternating exercises tailored to your individual needs.
YOGA Improve your balance, flexibility and strength with this class
in a meditative environment to soothe the spirit.
SCULPT This class uses dumbbells and a variety of moves to sculpt the
body and is perfect for every fitness level.
BODY PUMP This strength endurance class uses a bar bell and is for
everybody who wants results fast. From New Zealand, it’s
touted as the fastest way in the Universe to get in shape.
Body Pump teaches proper lifting techniques and is a
learning experience for the beginner and a challenge
for the advanced. This pre choreographed class uses driving
music, exciting instructors and truly is fun.
ABS You want to see them? Come to this 30 minute class that focuses
strictly on core strength from the inside out.
YOGA SEQUENCE This class practices each of 20 postures
twice in the same order. Postures are attempted twice on each side allowing
participants to see improvement within the class as well as between
classes. The postures range from standing, seated and lying poses. Each
having a distinct purpose to de-stress, strengthen and renew the body
and mind. These classes are safe and effective for all ages and fitness
levels.
BODYSTEP - BODYSTEP is an All Systems Go STEP workout. Compelling cardio
fitness that shapes and tones the legs, improves coordination,
bone density, posture and agility. BODYSTEP adds fun
and athletic movements to the mix with huge amounts of personality,
driving music and great training principles. BODYSTEP is suitable for
anyone who wants an energetic and exciting results-oriented workout.
YOGA FLOW Improve your balance, flexibility and strength as you flow
between postures. This class is suited for all levels of participants
and will be enjoyed by all.
CARDIO Simple yet challenging moves exercise
that heart for 30 minutes.
CIRCUIT INTERVAL Full body workout using bands, balls, and dumbbells
with short intervals of cardio throughout the class. A great way to
tone and burn fat. Guaranteed to make you sweat.
CORE Build strength and stability from the inside out, resulting in
a stronger and more defined POWERHOUSE (lower abs, lower
back, hips & bottom)
INDOOR CYCLING - Sign up at the front desk. It’s available 15 minutes
before class.
REV IT UP This 45 minute class consists
of a variety of hills, speed and endurance! Are you game ?!?
