Our South location at 4115 S. Providence Rd. offers natural light, an open floor plan, and a great staff! Group fitness classes are available and the spacious Kids Cabana offers fun for your children.

- Sun-Thurs 5a-midnight
Fri 5am-9pm
Sat 7am-8pm
Sun 8am-10pm

Our East location at 701 Hillsdale Rd. offers group fitness classes, excellent weight and cardio equipment, a Kid’s Cabana and tanning! The East location is open:
- Mon-Thurs 5am-9pm
- Friday 5am-7pm
- Sat 8am-5pm
- Sun 10am-5pm
