THE PROGRAM: BOOTCAMP CHALLENGE OFFERS A UNIQUE PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION IN A MOTIVATING GROUP SETTING. YOU WILL ACHIEVE SHORT TERM FITNESS GOALS AS WELL AS BE EQUIPPED WITH THE SKILLS TO MAKE LIFESTYLE CHANGES. NO MATTER YOUR FITNESS LEVEL, THIS PROGRAM WILL OFFER YOU A CHALLENGING WORK OUT THAT WILL PUSH YOU TO YOUR FITNESS LIMITS.

• BODY COMPOSITION AND MEASUREMENTS
• CARDIOVASCULAR ASSESSMENTS
• MUSCULAR ENDURANCE ASSESSMENTS
• NUTRITIONAL GUIDELINES (FOOD JOURNAL)

SCHEDULE: Six week program meeting three times per week

COST: Bootcamp Challenge is $189 for members/$219 for non-members.

The personal training staff at Key Largo Fitness and tanning offers a comprehensive individualized program designed to help you reach your goals as efficiently as possible. All trainers are independent contractors and there is a trainer to fit anyone's needs.

Prices are set by the trainer for the services performed.

A trainer will teach proper techniques and form to get the most out of each exercise. A trainer will provide guidance, problem solving and help in overcoming obstacles to a successful path to better health.
